From Dr. Graham’s Desk

November 1, 2020 by Dr. Jack Graham

Dear Friend,

I’ve found myself teaching more than ever this year about how to deal with fear, worry, and anxiety because let’s face it – we’ve encountered more than a few things that can cause worry in 2020.

There’s the COVID-19 pandemic, social unrest, political uncertainty, and more. That’s on top of the normal challenges we face in our own lives and families… so fear is always at the door.

But let me tell you, fear is a huge obstacle to fighting and winning your battles. It doesn’t make you fit to fight. It makes you fit for failure. So you MUST resist it!

This is why God told Gideon to say to his 32,000 troops, “Whoever is fearful… let him return home” (Judges 7:3). Fear is bad for an army. It’s infectious and contagious. And it’s equally bad for you and me to be ruled by fear.

Let’s stay focused on the fact that our God is the all-powerful, all-knowing ruler of heaven and earth. He’s the Prince of Peace and we have every reason to be confident in Him!

I hope my new booklet, Breaking Free of Fear, encourages you. And thank you for your generous support to keep proclaiming God’s truth in these challenging times.

’Til the whole world hears,
