How to put up a good fight
By Dr. Jack Graham | April 21, 2020

Reggie White, the great NFL defensive player and a Christian, was playing in a game where he was tackling the quarterback over and over again. He was simply beating his blocker every time. The ball would snap – and boom! Reggie was in the backfield making the tackle.

The importance of an optimistic outlook
By Dr. Jack Graham | November 22, 2019

Some people always look for a reason to be unhappy. They walk into a beautiful meadow, and pass all the flowers just to find the cow manure in the corner so they can complain! In my years of ministry, I’ve seen many people just like that. But if I had the choice, I’d definitely prefer to be with people who look for the positive.

How to have victory over the devil in 2019!
By Dr. Jack Graham | December 31, 2018

There is a famous painting I’ve seen, done by an artist named Moritz Retzsch, of a chess match between the devil and a young man. In the painting of the chess game, the devil appears to have the young man in a checkmate. So, the young man is sweating profusely and trying to figure out if he can move.

There's power in your testimony
By Dr. Jack Graham | March 5, 2018

Sometimes, when you and I really blow it, we get the idea that we can't come to God. But then on other days we may feel like, "I've had a great day today. I feel like I can ask God for his blessings."

Breaking through to victory.
By Dr. Jack Graham | August 24, 2017

“…Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.”

Zechariah 4:6

There was a huge obstacle standing between the children of Israel and the land that God had promised them. It was the city of Jericho, which was surrounded by a massive wall.

That obstacle seemed to say, “Keep out! You cannot have the blessings of God. They’re not for you!”

Now, you and I may not be obstructed by a literal wall in our lives, but we certainly face very real obstacles every day. And they can be every bit as intimidating as that seemingly impregnable wall of Jericho.

Issues like family problems and financial issues can stop you in your tracks. Problems associated with an unholy mind can bring your spiritual growth to a standstill.

Obstacles like these and others are spiritual strongholds that Satan uses to keep you from God’s best plan for your life. You may even hear him chiding you, “Keep out! You’ve gone as far as you can go with God!” But that’s a lie.

Listen, God can tear down those obstacles if you trust him. And you need him to tear down those walls because you cannot do it on your own. It’s impossible.

So today, if you have come to an obstacle that stands in your path, God is saying, “Listen to me. I will show you what to do.”

It’s time to stop trying to fix things and to start trusting him. Because that is the only way to really break through to victory in your life!
